Suffolk Constabulary Diversity Awareness Day
Suffolk Constabulary invited Depression Alliance to take a stall at their awareness-raising day. Mick Carroll, Operational Manager, talked with officers at all levels about the impact of depression on the workforce. He said, “It was surprising to me how open police officers were about the impact of post-traumatic stress disorder, for instance, and how much they valued support from fellow-officers who understood depression and its impact on work and home life.”
