Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.
We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

(This number is strictly for customer service enquiries) within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will issue you with a Returns Number. - Detail the Returns Number on your receipt, and enclose with the item(s) you wish to return.
Please send all returns to England Office Depression Alliance, 212 Spitfire Studios, 63 - 71 Collier Street, London N1 9BE - It is advisable to send returned items by registered post or DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us ONLY in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
The purchaser's credit card will be refunded ONLY after the product(s) have been received by us and are deemed in new and unused condition.
Carriage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or it differs in any way from the advertised goods.
